Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement
Through a series of movement exercises, each lesson provides an experience that leads to improved coordination, flexibility, and balance, creating greater physical comfort and relaxation. Three levels of Feldenkrais are offered; please note that the Advanced lessons can be quite strenuous and are intended for students with extensive experience in the Feldenkrais method. Parkinson's Disease & the Art of Moving
Practice balance, coordination, stretching, loosening joints, breathing, walking, turning, and recovering from a fall. Try vocal exercises and speech training, power breathing, and reading poetry and prose aloud with attention to pace, rhythm, and articulation. With instructor John Argue.

Moving Qi
Learn to promote relaxation and increase circulation through acupressure and movement. Improve your balance, release tension, and develop your strength. Learn traditional Asian methods for balancing the energy related to back pain and other issues, promoting well-being and vitality at both the physical and emotional level. Fun, Fitness, and Dance
